Also included in this recent image drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a key labelling different parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.
